QuickBooks users collectively create 100 million invoices every year, generating $1.5 trillion in commerce. Invoices and other sales forms represent the brand of small businesses at a critical moment—when they are asking their customers for money. I redesigned the sales form customization UI to give small business owners greater control over how they represent their brand and to increase their customization options.
