QuickBooks customers come from a wide range of backgrounds—many are new to owning a business and many have little or no formal training in accounting. Adding a resource area in-app creates a unique opportunity to customize tools and information to each customer. I explored designs for a series of rapid qualitative and quantitative tests to measure how to best offer resources that people need, when they need it.
